Marinado is a dynamic Mediterranean grill restaurant with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients and exceptional service. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our new Limassol location that will open in October 2024.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
- Operate the POS system efficiently, managing in-house and delivery orders with accuracy and speed.
- Supervise and motivate staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry or elsewhere is a plus
- Experience with POS systems and delivery order management is a plus
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Fluent in English and Greek.
